1. Return Policy

At onlyunderwears.com, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

2. How to Return

  1. Start Your Return: Log in to your account at onlyunderwears.com/returns
  2. Select Items: Choose the products you wish to return
  3. Print Label: Download & attach the prepaid return label
  4. Ship It Back: Drop off at any authorized carrier location

3. Return Conditions

  • Must include original tags and packaging
  • No signs of wear, washing, or alterations
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance) cannot be returned

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We currently offer:

  • Instant refunds + repurchase (faster than traditional exchanges)
  • Size exchanges for defective/wrong items (contact us first)

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn underwear
  • Swimwear without hygiene liners
  • Pierced jewelry
  • Personalized items

7. Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a faulty product:

  1. Take photos of the issue
  2. Contact us via your account dashboard
  3. We’ll cover free return shipping

8. International Returns

  • Customers outside [Country] must:
    • Use the original packaging
    • Mark as “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

9. Return Tracking

Check your return status under “Order History” in your account. Refund confirmation emails are sent upon completion.

10. Gift Returns

Gifts may be returned for store credit within 30 days. The refund will be issued as an e-gift card.
